The intention of the Inspired Word Cafe (IWC) Collective is to build a robust, sustainable, connected, creative public art forum. IWC practice’s Love through the energies of kindness, tolerance, justice, freedom of expression, respect, compassion and encouragement. Inspired Word Cafe continues to be the hottest open mic vehicle in the Kelowna area and the Okanagan valley offering poetry, spoken word, and music.
Thursday May 5th features the music of Tomy Tisdale. Join us for an evening of great artistry, creativity and Love. **THIS IS OUR ONLY OPEN MIC EVENT IN MAY. COME OUT AND SHARE!**
Respect goes beyond mere tolerance. It requires that we not only recognize our differences, but we also allow them, understand them, and invite them. Respect elevates us from merely co-existing to living harmoniously. Inspired Word Cafe has partnered with Respect Network Thompson Okanagan to embrace living in harmony and the practice of inclusion.
