Meet Allison, our Archives Associate!

Allison helps acquire, preserve, and share archival materials – like photos, maps, books, and documents – with the public. She spends most of her time with the military collections at the Vince Bezeau Military Library and Archives.

“The most rewarding part of my job is helping to document and preserve the lives of others, especially those who are not able to do this for themselves. I think people would be surprised to learn that archives are very grief-friendly spaces. Our work focuses on the dead, just as much as it does the living.”
