Let’s Get Batty!

Join us on October 27 from 1:30 to 3:00 PM for a spooktacular family-friendly event! Come dressed in your favorite costume (or bat costume!) and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with activities, a photo booth, and plenty of ways to learn about our local bat friends as we celebrate Halloween.

We’re excited to welcome Anna Skurikhina from the BC Community Bat Program, who will share fascinating insights about the bats of British Columbia. Discover where these amazing creatures live, their ecological importance, and how they benefit our environment. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions, share your own bat stories, and learn about citizen science activities that support local bat populations.
