Join us at the Okanagan Military Museum for a special lecture series highlighting the events of “The Great War”. Guest speakers will tell tales of WWI history with a focus on the lesser known stories of our region.

Presentation topic: “Pets, Mascots, and Working Animals”

Keith Boehmer, Military Historian at the Okanagan Military Museum will review the value of pets and working animals to the soldiers and the war efforts during World War One.
