Looking for a late night adventure? Something fun, different, and new? The Okanagan Heritage Museum comes to life every Thursday evening with different activities and events for you to experience each week. Imagine live music, performances, spoken word, improv, presentations, art, and more all happening in the evening ambiance of the museum. Celebrate the culture and creativity of your community by exploring a “Night at the Museum”!
Night at the museum is a part of First Thursdays, a Kelowna Cultural District initiative. First Thursdays is an opportunity to get out and explore Kelowna’s Culture District on the first Thursday of each month. Learn more about First Thursday events.
Thursday, February 4th will feature Heather Crown and a special Untour. Join us for an evening of great artistry, creativity and Love.
The intention of the Inspired Word Cafe (IWC) Collective is to build a robust, sustainable, connected, creative public art forum. IWC practice’s Love through the energies of kindness, tolerance, justice, freedom of expression, respect, compassion and encouragement.
Inspired Word Cafe continues to be the hottest open mic vehicle in the Kelowna area and the Okanagan valley offering poetry, spoken word, and music.
