Looking for a late night adventure? Something fun, different, and new? The Okanagan Heritage Museum comes to life every Thursday evening with different activities and events for you to experience each week. Imagine live music, performances, spoken word, improv, presentations, art, and more all happening in the evening ambiance of the museum. Celebrate the culture and creativity of your community by exploring a “Night at the Museum”!
Colouring is not just for kids anymore, in fact adult colouring is a major trend right now. While children’s colouring books tend to be simple, adult books are filled with sophisticated and intricate illustrations. Let your creative colours fly and meet other artistic individuals during this evening of art, drawing, and of course – colouring!
You can bring your own favourite colouring book or try something new! Artists are encouraged to create their own colouring sheets from drawings inspired by the museum exhibits including some items that aren’t usually on display, but will be available for viewing during this event.
