Mason Bee Winter Workshop

GET YOUR MASON BEE COCOONS READY FOR WINTER!
So you had mason bees this year. You brought your mason bee hotel into your house or garage in June. Now you want to prepare them for overwintering. Come to the Laurel Packinghouse on Saturday, October 26th from 10am-12pm and we’ll teach you how to get them ready for storage till spring. Bring your mason bee hotel with its mud-stopped tubes; a 750 ml yoghurt (or similar) container with lid; and a pair of rubber gloves. Great activity for the whole family. Even if you didn’t get bees this year, feel free to come by and see how it’s done. It’ll inspire you to get your own next spring.
