The Museum maintains the legacy of Okanagan Valley residents who served in the Canadian armed forces and in the armed forces of ally nations. A visit to the Okanagan Military Museum ensures a greater understanding of, and connection to, our proud military heritage.
The Okanagan Military Museum is home to one of the best firearms collections in Canada. It hosts a significant collection of uniforms, insignia, badges, and equipment, including artefacts from the Boer War, World War I and World War II, the Korean War, the Cold War, and contemporary military operations. The Okanagan Military Museum is also home to one of the best firearms collections in Canada, and the Vince Bezeau Military Archives and Library is open to researchers.
