September Neighbourhood Nosh event

The Neighbourhood Nosh is a monthly event presented by the BC Wine Museum & VQA Wineshop and the BC Orchard Industry Museum as part of First Thursdays (a Cultural District initiative, learn more). Enjoy the cultural flavours of the Okanagan by experiencing a wine tasting from one of our local wineries complimented by a feature “fruity nosh” which showcases local Okanagan fruits.

September Neighbourhood Nosh Highlights:

Wine Tasting – hosted by the BC Wine Museum & VQA Wineshop
The View winery will be pouring select wines for tasting – Featured wines will be available for purchase.

Fruity Nosh – hosted by the BC Orchard Industry Museum
Sweet, juicy Okanagan peaches are local gold!  “Freestone” varieties such as Red Haven are a bright taste of sunshine.  Nectarines, a smooth-skinned relative, have all the deliciousness of peaches, but without the fuzz. Enjoy a tasting of local peaches and learn more fun facts about this delicious Okanagan fruit.
