The Cherry Fair is traditionally held in the Laurel Packinghouse. However, due to renovations at the Laurel Packinghouse, the Cherry Fair will be held on the lawn next to the downtown library parkade, 1380 Ellis Street.

Event Description:
Celebrate the harvest of the cherry during the BC Orchard Industry Museum's annual family favorite, the Cherry Fair, on Saturday, July 24, 2010, 10am to 3pm.

Admission by donation.

Children and adults of all ages will enjoy sampling a wide selection of cherries at the popular cherry tasting booth, giving you the opportunity to try many cherry varieties from across the Okanagan.

There will be hands on children's activities, face painting, mini-golf, live entertainment, and fun for the whole family! There will also be mini donuts, ice cream, and more!

Canadian folk singer John Spearn will perform a selection of his award winning songs, sure to delight young and old. Come catch a performance and pick up a bag of fresh Okanagan cherries!

Celebrate the harvest and support the BC Orchard Industry Museum.
